How To Book

  1. Use the Calendar below to book your first session. I’ll send a PayPal link to make payment.
  2. Once payment has been made, I’ll reserve the same time slot for the following 2 weeks (you can reschedule later if needed).

Can’t find a suitable time? Email me with the days and times that work best for you, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

If you attend the first session and feel it’s not the right fit, simply email me within 48 hours of the session ending, and I’ll issue a full refund (minus PayPal fees).

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 

  1. Cancellations or Rescheduling More Than 24 Hours in Advance

You may cancel or reschedule any session more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund, minus PayPal processing fees (typically 3–5%).

Rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice is free of charge.

  1. If You Cancel or Miss Your First Session

If you cancel the entire package within 24 hours of your first session, you will be refunded the full amount minus £150.

If you do not show up for the first session and haven’t contacted me within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be marked as forfeited, the rest of the package will be cancelled, and you will be refunded minus £150.

  1. Missed or Cancelled Sessions (Other Than the First Session)

Sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded if cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Missed sessions will not be made up at a later date.

  1. Additional Note

Bank or payment provider fees (including PayPal) are non-refundable. I am not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
